We built Drilta for adventurers who value simplicity and privacy. You never need to create an account, log in, or share your personal contact information to use any of Drilta's core features. All your gear logs, photos, and inspection cards can be stored fully locally on your device if you choose – we don't force cloud storage or account creation to use the app.
Key Note: All core gear tracking, inspection card creation, and degradation tracking features work 100% offline without an account. We'll never add a mandatory login lock to core functionality.

Our Commitments To You
We will never access or sell any of your locally stored gear data or photos that you don't explicitly choose to upload to our servers
We will keep core Drilta functionality free of mandatory accounts and login requirements
We will keep the app focused on its core purpose: helping you take care of your outdoor gear and stay safe on your adventures
All content you create (inspection cards, gear logs, photos) remains 100% yours – we never claim ownership of your content
If you choose to upload content to cloud backup, you can delete your content at any time with one tap
What We Ask Of You
To keep Drilta fun and useful for everyone, we just ask a few simple things:
Don't use Drilta to store or share any content that's harmful, illegal, or infringes on someone else's copyright or privacy
Don't try to break, hack, or disrupt the Drilta service or other users' experience
If you use Drilta for commercial purposes (like outfitting guiding services), just reach out to us to talk about a commercial use arrangement
Remember that Drilta is a tool to help you track gear – always do your own safety checks before heading out on an adventure, and replace gear when you know it's unsafe
Changes To This Agreement
We may update this agreement occasionally as we add new features to Drilta. If we make any big changes, we'll post a clear notification in the app and on our website at least 30 days before the changes take effect. We'll never make changes that take away your right to use core features without a login.
